Delta CRM (deltacrm.io) is a customer relationship management application. It is operated by István Bálint, a private individual. Contact: support@deltacrm.io.
The data your organisation enters: contacts, companies, deals and projects, tasks, notes, call records and documents. Your account data: name, email address and a hashed password. Technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
Connecting a Google account is optional. If a user connects one, Delta CRM requests these permissions, each for one purpose:
gmail.send: to send the emails the user writes or schedules in Delta CRM, from their own address.gmail.readonly: only if the user turns on inbox sync for that mailbox. Delta CRM then reads incoming messages and stores their sender, recipients, subject, body and attachment details, so a message appears next to the contact or company whose email address it matches.calendar and calendar.events: to keep the user's Google Calendar and their Delta CRM appointments in step, in both directions.userinfo.email: to know which Google account was connected.Google user data is used only to provide these features to the user who connected the account and to their organisation within Delta CRM. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to train AI or machine-learning models. People do not read it, except with the user's explicit permission for support, where it is needed for security or to comply with the law.
Delta CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The application runs on Google Cloud in the European Union (Belgium). The database runs in the European Union (Ireland). Google access tokens are stored encrypted.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except the service providers that run the service: the hosting of the application and of its database, and an error-monitoring service that receives technical error reports. They process data only to run the service.
A user can disconnect their Google account in Delta CRM at any time, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After disconnecting, Delta CRM stops reading and sending through that account.
To have your data, or your Google-derived data, deleted, write to support@deltacrm.io. Requests are handled within 30 days.
